Warm up for Runners

This is a guide for beginners, 5k runners, 10k runners up to marathon runners willing to warm up properly. It’s Dynamic, Evidence Based and Fun.

This dynamic warm up is running specific and helps your body to be ready for your training session or performance. It will also increase your heart rate so you are ready to go!

Do not warm up with static stretching as there is no evidence that it prevents injuries nor improve performance.
