What treadmill incline should you set up?
Can’t or don’t want to run outdoor?
Running on treadmill is a good option. Ok but what is the best setup?
Here is the answer:
- Research has shown that when you set the treadmill at a 1-percent incline, it will simulate the “energetic cost” of outdoor running.
