Plyometrics for runners

Here is a safe guide on how to perform Plyometrics Running Specific.


Support your running with proper Strength and Conditioning Running.

  1. Perform only after Baby Plyometrics
  2. Warm up before (click and check the video)
  3. train 2 times a week, ideally when you don’t run
  4. follow a safe progression (as in the video)
  5. …..enjoy!
