Refund policy

We strive to provide you with the highest level of training and that is why the event attendance is limited to a small number of students. This allows us to give a unique tailored learning experience.

For this reason refunds can be made up to 3 days before the first course date.
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to hello@physiosophy.com

Alternatively you can transfer your place at any time to someone else. Email us with the contact details of the person that will attend instead of you.

If you are unable to attend the course you have booked and you would like to participate on another course date, then you will need to book online again as a new participant.

What should I bring to the event?

For face to face events being a theoretical and practical course participants are strongly recommended to bring comfortable sport/leisure gear and trainers to be able to participate to all the practical elements of the course.

What’s included in the event?

  • Beverages and refreshments will be provided by us! Lunch is not included. (only for face to face events)
  • Course material: this will allow you to follow our presentation and add your notes to bring home all the knowledge you need!
  • Certificate of course completion: this will be emailed you after the event.

Am I covered by insurance?

  • Allied Health Professionals (such as Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor ) : the new skills gained through the course should be automatically added to your current insurance to practice with no additional cost. Please check with your insurer.
  • Non-Allied health professionals (such as Sports Therapists, Sports Massage Therapists and Manual Therapists) should be able to gain full public liability cover to use these techniques within their clinics. Please check with your insurer

You may be required to take out an additional policy specifically for providing this service.

It is responsibility of participants to have appropriate professional liability insurance to cover them for their attendance at the course and the course content.
