Injury Prevention: Finding The balance

Sometimes it’s all about balance!

Up to 70% of serious runners sustain an overuse injury in a given 12 month period.

Most of these injuries are caused by simple avoidable training mistakes.

Give evidence based advice and custom guidance to prevent injuries and enhance performance.

So what is the advice?

  1. Run less than 5 times a week
  2. Run less than 40 miles a week
  3. Cross train with cycling and swimming
