New Running and Training Plan
Each 2 weeks you’ll get a new Running Video Analysis Review and a new training plan that you can follow at home, in the gym or outdoor. Run between 2 to 3 times a week, workout 2 days you don’t run.
*Dynamic warm up + Dynamic mobility drills + Fundamental (baby plyometrics) and Advanced strengthening and Conditioning running specific (Plyometrics) + Core strength (top 5 plank variations)
