Taolu: Learn Tai Chi principals and techniques through a flowing sequence of movements that retrain your posture and enhance circulation and mobility.
Tuichou* ("pushing hands"): apply the form's principals in a practical manner. Improve balance and relaxation while in contact with your partner.
Chinese Massage: Release residual stiffness, improve blood circulation and enhance Tai Chi flow.
